It has been 8 years since Batman vanished into the night, and now Bruce Wayne gets back into action. For a time as criminal activity in Gotham City was crushed under the weight of the anti-crime Dent Act. But everything has changed with the arrival of a cunning cat burglar with a mysterious agenda and the emergence of Bane, a masked terrorist whose ruthless plans to tear Batman’s legacy apart.
Playing as Batman through dozens of missions and random events will make you feel being a superhero, the true protector of Gotham City who deals with hostage situations, jailbreaks, bomb squads, and car chases. Experiencing a true fighting system with many different moves and cinematic effects. Collecting hidden items to unlock upgrades and fighting skills.

1. Play the Dark Knight Rises v1.1.1 Offline (only for rooted phones)

Game APK (8MB): Installation v1.1.1
Patch OBB: Patch OBB for v1.1.1  
Game Data (1.8GB):  Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4

- Install APK v1.1.1
- Copy folder com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftKRHM to sdcard/Android /obb (if you have installed previous version skip this)
- Copy patch.111.com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftKRHM.obb file to sdcard/Android /obb (that means folder OBB contains 2 .obb files: main and patch)
- Install this titanium backup apk (if you have installed Titanium Backup before, skip this)
- Copy 2 files in this RAR TB file v1.1.1  to sdcard/titaniumbackup
- Open Titanium Backup, click on Batman and choose Restore Data Only (if you do not see the option, reboot your phone)
- Turn OFF Wifi/3G
- Launch the Game

*To keep game progress install over previous version and do not restore data.

2. Play the Dark Knight Rises v1.0.6 Offline (only for rooted phones)

Game APK (8MB): Installation v1.0.6 (recommended) or  Installation v1.0.6 alternative
Game Data (1.8GB):  Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4

- Change the year of your phone back to 2010
- Install the game APK v1.0.6 (do not launch the game)
- Download all data parts, put them all in a folder once complete, extract part one in the folder then the com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftKRHM will come out.
- Copy folder com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftKRHM to sdcard/Android /obb
- Install this titanium backup apk (if you have installed Titanium Backup before, skip this)
- Do a backup of any app you want so it can create the folder for you, download and extract this backup file for the Dark Knight rises, then copy the extracted files (2 files) to sdcard/titaniumbackup
- Open Titanium Backup, click on Batman and choose "Restore Data Only" (if you do not see the option, reboot your phone)
- Disconnect 3G/Wifi before starting the game.

This game works fine. Before I start the game after changing the year to 2010 do the following
1. Turn on wifi
2. Start the game and immediately click the home button and come to the main screen when you the loading circle
3.turn off wifi
All 3 steps have to be done fast
Then start the game after 15 seconds. It will work fine. This step has to be done every time you change the date back to 2012.

3. Play the Dark Knight Rises v1.1.1 Offline for non-rooted phones (source: mobilephonetalk)

Finally got the game to work...For non-rooted phones, v1.1.1 offline, follow the below steps.
1: copy apk and data folder anywhere on your device .(do not put data on obb folder yet)
2: install apk and now copy "com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftKRHM" folder to android/obb/ folder.(this includes the patch. Put the patch to the com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftKRHM folder).
3: switch off wifi and 3g.
4:disable automatic time and date .change year to 2010.
5: run the game !
you must change the year before each time you want to play the game and just tick automatic time and date option after playing to return to present.

The game starts in chinese. So to change to english, simply select the 3rd option and then select the second option and select the USA flag for english language.

Also, this version has all gadgets and equipments unlocked and upgraded to the max. Also, the stages have already been played. Incase you want to start from fresh, just go to options and reset data.(note this is undo-able).
